House session remains suspended over quorom

Comelec takes up jamming problem at en banc meet
(Updated 9 a.m.) The Commission on Elections is taking up the potential problem posed by jamming devices on the automated elections this May 10. Before the en banc meet started, Comelec Commissioner Gregorio Larrazabal gave assurance that the poll body has enough emergency plans against such a situation.
